Micah 6:8 Conference from Conversations Next on Vimeo.
The Micah 6:8 Conference sees a world where God hates injustice and wants it to end. We know God has purposed a plan where the church’s role is to defeat injustice and advocate for the rights of the oppressed. But, how should we respond to His invitation?
First, we must understand God’s heart for the oppressed.
Second, we must equip churches, individuals and ministries to understand the biblical reasons for justice and compassion. By developing applications for ministry to the poor and understanding the importance of the role of the church, we can do more than just learn about the biblical call against injustice—we can be prepared to answer it.
Third, we need to move beyond the trend of justice & compassion issues and take risks to address this problem both DOMESTICALLY and INTERNATIONALLY.
How will you become an advocate?
