Agents of Change: The Amazing Change

In conjunction with the release of the film Amazing Grace Walden Media is launching an integrated social justice campaign to carry on William Wilberforce’s vision of mercy and justice called The Amazing Change aimed at:

Increasing literacy about the historical issue of slavery and the abolitionist movement;
Raising awareness
about modern day slavery and other forms of oppression;

Motivating people to get involved to abolish slavery;
Raising a new generation of youth who care about suffering in the world and become abolitionists;
Engaging new activists in a life-long journey to invest their time, influence and resources back in the world;
Providing much-needed funding to organizations that are working to abolish slavery.

September 21st is Peace One Day

In 2001, United Nations General Assembly resolution (A/Res/55/282) was unanimously adopted by UN member states, formally establishing an annual day of global ceasefire and non-violence on the UN International Day of Peace, fixed in the global calendar on 21 September – Peace Day.

Last year on 21 September, 27.6 million people from 200 countries did something for Peace Day.
